The CNC Machinist operates a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines (such as lathes and milling machines) to cut & produce precision parts, and also has the skills to create set ups. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines.
- Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.
- Capable of complete setups of all machines
- Must be capable of qualifying 1st piece, complete inspection method sheets.
- Run production as needed or assigned.
- Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings, as necessary.
- Maintains inventory of completed products.
- Checks output for quality assurance and documents or discards defects
- Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.

The Deburring Technician will perform a series of operations, including the use of an air grinder, buffing wheels, using a belt sander, blast cabinets, and various hand tools. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deburring various medical/aerospace parts for our customers
- Operating various machinery in this process. Including an air grinder, buffing wheels, belt sander, blasting cabinets
- Operating various hand tools, including files and stones
- Reading blueprints to ensure the deburring meets product specifications.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for the assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, and other building systems. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspects and identifies equipment in need of repair.
- Performs routine inspections on fire extinguishers/emergency lighting/pest control, etc.
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors, and other building fixtures. - Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facility.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes in accordance with product specifications and quality standards, as well as recommend and implement improvements to the productions processes, methods, and controls. This position reports to the Engineering Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting the requirements of the part print, purchase order, quality requirements, etc. for each job assigned
- Design jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, gauges, and machines attachments
- Design CNC programs and supporting documentation
- Design operation sheets to provide all necessary information for manufacture of parts
- Participates in creating a professional, safe, and clean environment
- Reports to manager with problems, progress, health and safety issues
- Interfaces with various departments to answer questions and help problem solve issues related to engineering

Job Summary:
The Polisher is responsible for grinding, sizing, and polishing parts. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Hand belt grinding of various airfoil shapes and medical shapes to their finish contour and dimension.
- Finishing operations including sizing and finishing platform radii and platform surfaces,
Radius chords, polishing operation and breaking sharp edges as required. - Correct defects
- Inspections of contour, location, twist, t-max edge dimensions and platform dimensions as required.
- Works on parts that have closer tolerances and more complex shape and qualifies new airfoil setups.
- Determines proper belting and polishing procedures for new part number.

The Quality Assurance Inspector (QA/IA) will be responsible for all aspects of inspection to include first piece, first article report creation, in-process, and final inspections. They will also create and maintain the CMM inspection library and complete other duties as assigned. Inspector A’s may be tasked with the training and qualification of other inspectors as times as well. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

The Tool Maker will cut, shape, finish, and maintain tools made of metal and gages from tool drawings. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Uses tools and dies to build fixtures from tool drawings.
- Repairs tools when needed.
- Designs and builds tools and gages from operation sheets or part prints.
- Set up & run production equipment when required.
- Reads and understands blueprints and complicated schematics as required to create and build new fixtures, tools, and machine parts.
- Inspects completed tools for signs of imperfection or damage that may affect functionality.
- Regularly tests all equipment, tools, and machines to ensure they are arranged and set properly and working efficiently.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
